The Siren Experience Begins
Connected. Rooted. Wild. A new way of being for women, femmes, and all who embody Siren energy.
Hello Siren,
This is the first step in our journey together. Before we can live as Sirens, we need to define what a Siren actually means in the context of The Siren Experience. This foundation matters, because when we claim the name Siren, we’re choosing a new way of being—not just for ourselves, but for how we show up in relationships, communities, and the world.
Defining the Siren in 2025
Traditionally, the word Siren has been tangled up in myths—mysterious women luring sailors to their doom, voices that enchant but destroy. For centuries, power in women’s voices and bodies was seen as dangerous.
But in The Siren Experience, we are reclaiming the Siren.
A Siren in 2025 is not destructive—she is transformational.
She uses her voice not to lure, but to lead.
She uses her presence not to manipulate, but to magnetize.
She uses her energy not to break others down, but to build connection.
The Siren is not bound by rigid gender roles. While our work centers women and femmes, the Siren is a spirit, an archetype, and a way of being that anyone can embody—regardless of how they identify. What matters is the commitment to live in alignment with the Siren Code: connection, compassion, strength, creativity, and rootedness.
Being a Siren in 2025 means:
Honoring yourself without apology.
Creating space where others feel safe, respected, and celebrated.
Leading with both power and care.
Living wild enough to be free, but rooted enough to belong.
The Siren is not about gender performance; it’s about presence, practice, and power.
Introducing the Safe Siren
Once we understand what a Siren is, we can go deeper: how do we become Safe Sirens for ourselves and for each other?
A Safe Siren is:
Someone others can trust with their story.
Someone who lifts without competing.
Someone who embodies strength without intimidation, softness without submission.
Someone who honors her identity while respecting the evolving identities of others.
In daily life, being a Safe Siren means speaking with respect, building trust, and showing up in ways that expand belonging—for women, men, nonbinary friends, partners, and colleagues.
Closing Invitation
This is our beginning. The Siren Experience will grow each month with new themes, rituals, and reflections. But at the root of it all is this: The more connected we are, the more rooted we are, the stronger and more wild we can be in the storms and sunlight.
The Siren Code (Daily Commitments)
Speak life into others.
Celebrate women, don’t compare.
Be strong without sharpness, soft without submission.
Welcome men as partners in progress.
Build, don’t break.
Practice radical kindness toward yourself and others.
To bring these coloring pages to life, the simplest way right now is to screenshot them on your phone and print. I’m sure there’s a smoother, more high-tech path—and we’ll discover that together as this journey unfolds. For now, lean into the spirit of it: enjoy the calm, creativity, and little sparks of memory that rise up as you let yourself play with color.
